Refund policy

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.  All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.

You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund.  We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

We do not offer free or prepaid returns.

Pop a note in your parcel, with your full name, telephone number and address, along with the description of the item(s) you are returning.

Please return your item(s) to The Wardrobe Edit, 21 Finch Lane, Bushey, Herts.  WD23 3AH.

FAULTY ITEM?

We are very sorry that you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery.  We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.

Please email hellothewardrobeedit@gmail.com with the image of the item, showing the fault, a description of it and your order details.  We will contact you within 24 hours.
